Hi my awesome Pen Pal and other friends!
I stumbled across this video the other day and ever since, my heart has been wandering along those NYC streets we love. It made me smile to see Chloe Sevigny (who is guiding this little tour) talking of Veselka… and of course it also made me hungry for perogies featuring the sorts of fillings you think would be strange but are actually fantastic. Oh and Erin: thank-you for introducing me to Veselka in the first place! It’s because of you that this video brings such nostalgia to me :)
